Integrated Legal Consultants (The Practice) was founded in April 2007 and was established to offer dedicated and innovative corporate legal services while ensuring that the Ghanaian and West African business community and our network of international clients benefit from the highest quality of corporate and commercial legal services that the Practice seeks to provide.
Internationally, The Practice benefits from extensive support capabilities which are derived from correspondent relationships with leading law firms in Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, these complement our ability to provide efficient and cost-effective services to our clients on a coordinated basis.
The Practice’s Directors have over 41 years of combined legal experience in corporate and commercial legal practice, having worked in some of the top law firms in Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Ghana.
